What is Nexus?
Nexus is your online account with AedifyHQ. Think of it like your customer portal — log in here to see your bills, upload files, and check on your setup. Your day-to-day work happens by chatting with Claude, the AI assistant we set up for you.
What's the difference between Nexus and Claude?
Claude is the AI you talk to every day — like texting a really smart assistant who knows your business. Nexus is the account behind the scenes where your files, billing, and settings live. We connect the two so Claude can pull up your documents and use your tools whenever you ask.
What is AedifyHQ?
We're the team that sets all of this up for you and keeps it running. We connect Claude to your business documents and tools, handle the technical setup, and support you along the way — so you don't have to figure out AI on your own.
How long does setup take?
Once you sign up and complete payment, we usually have everything ready within 1 to 2 business days — your documents loaded in, your tools connected, and Claude configured.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, a secure payment processor. You can view your invoices and receipts anytime from your Nexus account.
Do I need Claude Business?
If it's just you running the show, Claude Pro is enough. If you have a team, or want us to connect tools like Gmail, QuickBooks, or your CRM, you'll want Claude Business. We'll help you figure out which one fits when we set things up.
